Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Enchantress Beauty. I appreciate that you’ve chosen Enchantress Beauty for your treatments. To provide the best service possible to my clients I have implemented the following policies. Are you interested in paying in installments with Cherry payment plans? Get pre-approved today! Applying won’t harm your credit! https://pay.withcherry.com/enchantressbeautyspa CANCELLATION POLICY I respectfully ask that you provide me with a 1 day notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 1 day notice I am often unable to fill that appointment time. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, you will be charge 50% of the scheduled appointment. This is an inconvenience to me as your esthetician and also means my other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. I also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation or no-show does occur. I understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, I request that you cancel your session. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis. NO-SHOWS Please respect my time as I respect yours. You will not be charged if you cancel 24hours prior to your appointment time. If you are a NO-SHOW to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service . If I am unable to charge the no-show fee to the credit card on file, you will be banned from making future appointments. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY I request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to fill out any required paperwork as well as answer any intake questions I should have. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, I may require that the appointment be rescheduled (only 5 minutes of grace period for waxing treatments), and it will be considered a cancellation. I understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, I ask that you call to inform me if this ever occurs so I can do my best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes I cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your treatment so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. REFUND POLICY THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON PERFORMED SERVICES, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have purchased a package, a store credit will be given to the client. (If you already started the sessions on your package but changed your mind and would like a store credit for the remaining sessions, the previous sessions already taken will be charged at the single session rate and deducted from the remaining balance.) By booking this appointment you are confirming that you have read and understand the policy for no-shows, cancellations, and lateness. Also, you agree to abide by these policies.
